Join us. /ph3Job Description /h3pWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Buildings + Places team in Milan.The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, coordination and delivery of complex electrical engineering projects across a variety of sectors, including commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare and mission-critical facilities. /ppThis role offers the opportunity to lead technical activities, support project delivery, mentor junior engineers and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and sustainable engineering solutions. /ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliLead the design and delivery of electrical building services systems from concept design through detailed design, construction and project completion. /liliPrepare and review engineering calculations, technical reports, specifications, drawings and design documentation.
/liliDesign and coordinate power distribution systems, lighting systems, communication systems, fire alarm systems and low-voltage installations. /liliCoordinate electrical engineering activities with other disciplines, ensuring successful project integration and delivery. /liliManage project deliverables, schedules and priorities while maintaining high technical standards. /liliProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support their professional development. /liliParticipate in client meetings, technical workshops and project reviews, presenting engineering solutions and recommendations. /liliSupport business development activities, including bids, tenders and technical proposals. /liliEnsure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, sustainability standards and industry best practices. /liliContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technical excellence across the team. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline. /liliMinimum 5 years of experience in electrical building services engineering, preferably within a consultancy environment. /liliFluent in Italian and English. /liliStrong technical expertise in power distribution, lighting, fire alarm and building electrical systems. /liliProven experience delivering multidisciplinary engineering projects. /liliGood understanding of relevant Italian and international codes,
