The role acts as the primary liaison between the company and external vendors, ensuring that all contracted services are delivered according to agreed standards, timelines, and budgets. /ppThis position manages the processes of operations including procurement vendor relations, contract administration, and guidance of future business opportunities. /ppThe OSPSG Director manages others within the department. /ph3What You Will Do /h3ulliManage the OSP Negotiations /liliManage the Compensation Model ensuring timely design, updates, approvals and implementation. /liliControl OSP costs through weekly forecasts, monthly reporting, cost deviation analysis and accrual oversight. /liliLead OSP Business Plan preparation, ensuring accurate volumes, cost development, and cost‑saving initiatives. /liliOversee legal compliance, contract updates, monthly invoicing and internal OSP audits.
/li /ulh3What You Will Need /h3ulliStrong communication and interpersonal skills. /liliStrong organization, coordination, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities. /liliAnalytical and financial skills. /liliProactive, dynamic, and vendor‑strategy oriented approach. /liliExperience managing complex operations and outsourced providers. /liliAbility to innovate and adapt to market changes. /liliGood understanding of freight operations and transport regulations. /liliExperience in leading teams and coordinating cross‑functional activities will be highly valued. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s Degree - Logistics, Law, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or related field. /liliStrong organizational and coordination skills and excellent communication and negotiation skills. /liliProblem‑solving and decision‑making abilities. /liliFluency in both Italian and English.
