We are looking for someone who can combine creativity with an analytical mindset, bringing new ideas while also being comfortable using data to understand what works and how we can improve.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of digital communication campaigns.Assist with the organization and coordination of influencer events and collaborations.Support the creation,



adaptation and coordination of digital and social media content.Work closely with our social media agency to support campaign and content execution.Monitor social media and campaign performance, tracking relevant KPIs.Analyze results and identify key learnings and insights to help optimize future activities.Support the team with presentations, reporting and ongoing digital communication projects.Stay up to date with social media trends, platforms and emerging digital formats, bringing fresh ideas to the team.What We Are Looking ForUniversity student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business or a related field.Genuine passion for beauty, our brands and products, social media and digital marketing.Strong interest in content creation, strategic storytelling and influencer marketing.A creative and analytical mindset, with an interest in understanding campaign performance and KPIs.Good knowledge of major social media platforms and current digital trends.Proactive, curious and eager to learn.Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage different priorities. xysqume Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, international environment.
