You will have a proven track record in designing high-speed analog and mixed-signal circuits for SerDes applications in advanced CMOS FinFET technologies. /ppbr / /ppstrongWhat will you be doing? /strong /pulliCollaborating with photonics, silicon and system engineering teams to develop and optimise proprietary SerDes architectures,
including the development of key design specifications /liliDesigning and developing key SerDes silicon IP such as high bandwidth receive and transmit amplifiers, Phase-Locked Loops (PLLs), Delay-Locked Loops (DLLs), Equalizers (CTLE, DFE, FFE), Clock Recovery Circuits and Samplers /liliDesigning and developing general purpose analog building blocks (bias generators, regulators, ADCs and DACs) /liliDefining and executing design verification plans to ensure designs meet specifications and performance requirements /liliSupporting the silicon bring-up, validation and characterisation from concept through to productisation /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat we need to see? /strong /pulliBachelor or Master’s in relevant Engineering discipline with 8+ years industry experience /liliA proven track record in designing analog and mixed-signal circuits for SerDes applications at 12nm or below, and operating at data rates of 32Gbps or above /liliExpert user of cutting-edge EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre/HSpice, Calibre/PVS DRC/LVS /liliA strong theoretical knowledge of analog circuit design principles /liliExpert high-speed circuit designer, with experience of signal integrity and power integrity /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven, detail-oriented approach /liliExcellent English verbal and written communication skills /liliExperience working, communicating, and collaborating in a cross-functional team /liliAn ability to adapt to a fast-moving start-up environment, striving for innovation and excellence in everything you do /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWe look forward to reviewing your application! /strong /p
