Through this collaboration, the Group contributes to the revival and expansion of the iconic Orient Express brand within Italy’s luxury hospitality landscape. /ppbr/ppbWhat We Are Looking For: /b /ppThe role will provide dedicated legal support to the Group’s MA transactions and international projects, ensuring robust compliance with laws and internal policies. /ppbr/ppbKey Activities: /b /ppbr/pulliSupporting the drafting of documentation related to extraordinary transactions, including share acquisitions and disposals, business unit sales and leases, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and shareholder agreements, in both Italian and English. /liliAssisting in the management of pre- and post-closing activities, including the preparation of closing agendas and monitoring of conditions precedent.
