and structured problem-solving Excellent interpersonal skills — you'll work directly with client teams on the floor Availability forfrequent short-term travel(typically 2–3 days per week on-site)VAT registration required(freelance / P.IVA — mandatory)Nice to have: Prior experience in CNC machining, precision manufacturing, or medical device environments Familiarity with production KPIs (OTD, WIP, Lead Time) English proficiency (written deliverables are in English) Experience using CAD tools or plant layout softwareWhat you'll do:You'll work alongside a senior consultant on structured plant turnaround projects: data collection and analysis, process mapping, layout design support, KPI tracking, and client team facilitation.
