This role involves hands-on technical work at solar farm installations, ensuring optimal performance, maintenance, and troubleshooting of photovoltaic systems. /ppbr / /ppstrongLocations /strong /ppWe are recruiting for solar farm sites in the following regions: /ppbr / /ppstrongPiedmont /strong /pp·Torino, Alessandria, Asti, Novara, Cuneo, Vercelli, Biella, Verbania. /ppbr / /ppstrongCandidates must be based in or willing to relocate to one of these regions. /strong /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppbr / /ppstrongInstallation Commissioning /strong /ppbr / /pp· Install, commission, and test solar PV systems at utility-scale solar farms /pp· Connect solar panels, inverters, and electrical components according to technical specifications /pp· Perform system integration and grid connection procedures /pp· Conduct pre-commissioning inspections and quality checks /ppbr / /ppstrongMaintenance Operations /strong /pp· Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on solar installations /pp· Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in PV systems /pp· Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization /pp· Replace faulty components including panels, inverters, cables,
and junction boxes /ppbr / /ppstrongSafety Compliance /strong /pp· Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site /pp· Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols /pp· Ensure compliance with Italian electrical standards and regulations /pp· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and site visits /ppbr / /ppstrongTechnical Support /strong /pp· Provide technical support to the operations team /pp· Collaborate with engineers and project managers on system improvements /pp· Report technical issues and recommend solutions /pp· Support commissioning activities for new installations /ppbr / /ppstrongEssential Requirements /strong /ppbr / /ppstrongTechnical Qualifications /strong /pp· Electrical qualification or equivalent technical certification /pp· Proven experience working on solar PV systems (minimum 2-3 years preferred) /pp· Knowledge of solar inverters, transformers, and electrical distribution systems /pp· Understanding of high voltage and low voltage electrical systems /pp· Familiarity with solar farm operations and maintenance procedures /ppbr / /ppstrongLanguage Skills /strong /pp· strongFluent Italian /strong (essential for daily operations and client communication) /pp· English proficiency (desirable for technical documentation) /ppbr / /ppstrongLocation Mobility /strong /pp· strongMust be based in the Piedmont region /strong /pp· Valid Italian or EU driving license (essential for site visits)
