What to expectAs an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, increasing market share, and developing long-term strategic relationships across your territory. - Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, continually expanding Hologic's presence within the region. - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organisations. - Deliver compelling presentations and commercial proposals that demonstrate the value of Hologic's Surgical portfolio. - Partner closely with colleagues across Sales,
Marketing, Clinical Support and other functions to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. - Maintain a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitor activity and healthcare trends. - Use data, insights and CRM tools to manage opportunities, forecast effectively and optimise territory performance. - Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their challenges and helping them achieve their clinical and business objectives. What we expectWe're seeking someone who combines commercial excellence with a genuine passion for healthcare. - Proven success in medical device, healthcare or related B2B sales environments. - Strong consultative selling, negotiation and account management skills. - The ability to identify customer needs and translate them into effective business solutions. - Excellent communication and presentation skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels
