The RoleAs a QA Ambassador, you will be the guardian of our software’s quality and reliability. Your goal is toensure that every release meets Hekanize’s high standards, acting as a vital bridge betweencustomer needs and technical development.This role focuses on meticulous test execution, workflow optimization, and direct user support toensure a seamless platform experience.Your Typical DayQA Execution & Manual Testing: Define acceptance criteria for new features and perform functional, regression, and integration testing on release candidates.Workflow Management: Manage and optimize the QA workflow within Jira to support a continuous and organized delivery process.Customer Support (L2): Analyze reports from the customer portal, identifying bugs or areas for improvement and translating them into technical specifications for developers.Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate constantly with backend, frontend,
