ppAYES is an engineering consulting company supporting its clients with high-quality expertise in many different sectors of the industry (aerospace, defence, railway, medical, etc.). To reinforce our Quality Management System (QMS) and sustain our growth, we are looking for a motivated bQuality Engineer / Officer /b to join our team in bTorino /b). /p h3Your Role /h3 pAs Quality Engineer / Officer, you will work closely with the Quality Manager as well as AYES Executives / Business Managers / HR officers Recruiters + Customers to ensure the effectiveness and continuous improvement of AYES’ Quality Management System. Your role will be mainly to act as the AYES Quality Management interlocutor in Italy. You will also be involved in some activities abroad, in relation with the AYES’ international subsidiaries (Spain, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany the UK). /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ulliSupporting the deployment, maintenance, and improvement of our QMS, based on: /li /ul pb-ISO 9001 /b (already deployed in 5 countries, currently being deployed in 2 new countries) /p pb-EN9100 /b (currently being deployed in Italy) /p pb-TISAX /b (already deployed in Italy) /p ul liAssisting with the preparation, execution, and follow-up of internal and external audits.
/li liSupporting Business Managers in answering customers’ quality (or related subjects such as social or environmental) requirements, including filling in homologation questionnaires. /li liMonitoring compliance in the execution of our activities (technical projects) and contributing to corrective and preventive actions. /li liPromoting quality culture across the company through training, communication, and best practices. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liBackground in Quality Management, with knowledge of bISO 9001 /b principles. /li liStrong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. /li liProactive, autonomous, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams. /li liMandatory good English level (written and spoken). /li liExperience with audits (internal or external) is appreciated. /li liFamiliarity with EN9100 standard is a plus (not mandatory). /li /ul h3Why Join AYES? /h3 ul liAn opportunity to contribute directly to the structuring and development of the company. /li liAn international dynamic workplace. /li liRoom to grow your skills, responsibilities and enhance your career! /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
