ppWe’re hiring a Senior Data Analyst for a global organisation operating at the intersection of data, analytics, and AI-driven decision-making. This is a highly influential role, sitting at the forefront of data science strategy and shaping how advanced analytics and AI are applied across complex, real-world problems. /ppYou’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and global engineering and product teams to deliver high-impact, data-driven solutions, including an AI-powered platform focused on risk and resilience. /ppAs Senior Data Analyst, you will: /pulliDefine and execute a data science strategy aligned to product and business objectives /liliLead the design, development, and deployment of models and algorithms into production /liliAnalyse large, complex datasets to identify patterns and trends, translating insights into actionable product recommendations /liliCollaborate with global teams across product, engineering, and analytics to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions /liliEstablish and uphold best practices across data science methodologies, including data preparation, model validation,



and performance monitoring /liliStay close to industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in AI and GenAI /li /ulh3What we’re looking for /h3ulliStrong, proven experience across Data Analytics, Data Science, with exposure to Data Engineering and/or Machine Learning /liliAbility to operate autonomously within a global, distributed organisation /liliSolid experience selecting and applying appropriate methodologies, technologies, and techniques /liliHands‑on experience with data querying, manipulation, and analysis, including tools such as Pandas and NumPy /li /ulh3Nice to have /h3ulliExperience working with Generative AI tools and approaches /liliSoftware engineering or programming experience, ideally in Python /liliAdvanced academic background in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent industry experience /li /ulpUp to €95,000 + premio /ppHybrid Working in Central Milan /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
