pTo support the integration of the new company into an International Listed Group, we are seeking a highly skilled bFinance Control Manager /b. This role reports directly to the Italian Managing Director, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Group CFO. /ppThe successful candidate will establish and strengthen key financial processes, including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and controlling, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pullibIntegration Leadership /b: Lead the successful financial integration of the company into the Group. Ensure timely execution of activities and maintain transparent progress reporting. /lilibFinance Operations Oversight /b: Coordinate with both internal and outsourced finance teams to guarantee accurate and timely execution of accounting, internal reporting, tax compliance, VAT filings, and annual financial statements. /lilibFinancial Communication /b Serve as the primary finance liaison between the local entity and the Group, managing all financial communications and delivering mandatory reports and presentations including monthly results, forecasts, budgets. /lilibPlanning Forecasting /b: Lead the local budgeting and forecasting processes in partnership with the broader management team. /lilibGovernance Compliance /b: Ensure local financial processes are aligned with Group policies and internal control standards. /lilibContinuous Improvement /b:



Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead change initiatives in collaboration with management. /lilibProject Participation /b: Contribute to strategic projects, including the preparation and evaluation of business cases. /lilibERP Experience /b: Prior experience in ERP system implementation is considered a strong asset. /li /ulpbr/ppbWe are looking for a finance professional with: /b /pulliAt least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally across both controlling and audit functions within an international environment. /liliProven leadership in finance integration projects, with strong planning and organizational capabilities. /liliA solid background in the bmanufacturing sector /b, with a results-driven mindset and the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines. /liliExcellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills, with a collaborative and detail-oriented approach. /liliStrong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement. /liliIn-depth knowledge of IFRS. /liliHigh proficiency in IT tools, including ERP systems, business intelligence platforms, Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel. /li /ul pbQualifications /b /pulliA Master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or a related field is required. /liliFluent proficiency in both Italian and English is essential. /li /ulpbr/p
