Production is carried out internally at the Italian site and combines industrial and automated processes with manual, semi-manual and craftsmanship-intensive operations. Production runs both during daytime hours and across three shifts. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pullilead and develop the manufacturing organization and multidisciplinary production teams; br / /lilimanage and improve complex in-house manufacturing processes, including manual and semi-manual activities; br / /lilioversee production planning, capacity, scheduling, workload balancing and production priorities; br / /lilimanage a high-mix production environment with significant product variability; br / /liliimprove productivity, efficiency, quality,
costs and delivery performance; br / /lilisupport RD andEngineering in new product industrialization and design for manufacturability; br / /lilidrive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives; br / /lilimonitor operational KPIs and prepare analyses and presentations for local and international management. /li /ulpstrongRequirements /strong /pulliDegree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or a related technical discipline; br / /lilisolid experience in strongmanufacturing and operations leadership roles /strong; br / /lilistrong knowledge of strongproduction processes and Production Planning /strong; br / /liliexperience gained in companies with internal manufacturing operations rather than production mainly outsourced abroad; br / /liliexperience in production environments combining automated processes with manual, operator-based or craftsmanship-oriented activities; br / /liliproven ability to manage complex and highly variable production rather than exclusively standardized mass-production processes; br / /liligood knowledge of Industrial Engineering, Quality and Continuous Improvement; br / /lilistrong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint,
