Job Description:
Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Senior OT Cybersecurity Infrastructure Architect & Engineer.
The successful candidate will have solid experience in the rail industry, managing wayside installation design and routing cables along the track and within technical rooms. This position is based in Naples, Italy.
Mission
Design, implement, integrate,
andvalidatea complete OT Cybersecurity Infrastructure for railway and critical‑infrastructure projects.
The role combines security architecture ownership with hands ‑ on engineering and implementation responsibility , ensuring that Cybersecurity platforms and controls are deployed according to international standards, project requirements, and local regulatory frameworks.
The OT Cybersecurity Infrastructure Architect & Engineer acts as the technical authority for security platforms , from core IT/OT infrastructure to SOC‑enabling technologies, supporting the full lifecycle from design through commissioning and operational handover.
