**Work Schedule** Standard (Mon-Fri) **Environmental Conditions** Laboratory Setting **Job Description** . As Laboratory Team Leader, you'll coordinate and oversee formulation and analytical activities while ensuring compliance with GMP standards and client expectations. This role combines technical expertise with leadership, as you'll guide a team of analysts while conducting sophisticated analytical work supporting product development, stability testing, and method validation. You'll manage laboratory operations, from coordinating testing schedules to resolving complex analytical challenges. Working with advanced instrumentation, you'll ensure the highest quality standards in testing raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. Your expertise will be essential in method development, validation, and transfer activities, while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external clients. REQUIREMENTS: - Advanced Degree with no prior experience required, OR Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related industry - Preferred Fields of Study: Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences,
