Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and results driven Sales Engineer to support the growth of the DEPA and ELRO Pump Division across Northern Italy. This role will be responsible for managing an established portfolio of direct customers while driving new business development.

The ideal candidate is energetic, bright, and enjoys working on the road, building relationships, and engaging with customers in both technical and commercial discussions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, develop, and strengthen the existing direct customer portfolio.
Drive structured prospecting and identification of new business opportunities in key industries.
Plan and conduct customer visits, technical meetings, and product presentations.
Assess application needs and recommend the most suitable DEPA/ELRO solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle: proposals, negotiations, follow up, and closing.
Continuously monitor market trends, applications,
and competitors in the assigned territory.
Effectively use the company CRM to manage activities, pipeline development, and reporting.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market activities.
Requirements
Some experience in B2B sales (preferably in industrial, mechanical, or fluid handling sectors).
Strong interpersonal skills; outgoing, communicative, proactive personality.
Comfortable working on the road with frequent travel within the territory.
Strong autonomy in planning and executing commercial activities.
Excellent command of the English language (mandatory).
Practical experience with CRM systems (must-have).
High energy, initiative, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong results orientation.
Valid driving license (B) and availability to travel across Northern Italy.
Basic technical knowledge of pumps or industrial components is a plus, but not mandatory.
