Our team is responsible for the assembly of high-quality and innovative products. /p h3Partner with the best /h3 pAs Supplier Quality Engineering - Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible to manage any quality/technical aspect related to supplier’s delivered products. All activities have tight relationship with other functions, i.e. Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistic and Procurement. Main goal is to continuously improve the supplier’s Quality level, reducing both escaping defects and associated cost of quality, while growing and developing the supply base as per business needs. /p pIn this role, you will be responsible for: /p ul liManage Supplier’s related Non-Conformity Record (NCR) /li liLead the suppliers in the execution of defects root cause analysis (RCA) and support the definition of robust corrective actions (CA) /li liImplement Quality Development Plans for eligible suppliers /li liQualify the suppliers according to Company rules /li liCarry out periodic Audits to verify compliance with company requirements /li liCheck the on-the-job inspections according to the Quality Control Plans /li liSupport the suppliers on Deviation Request (SDR) management /li liSupport cross-functional and cross- regional initiatives to improve Suppliers Quality /li liManage patterns and support technical clarifications between suppliers and engineering. /li /ul h3Fuel your passion /h3 pTo be successful in this role, you will: /p ul liHave a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering or equivalent work experience in one or more of the following industrial processes castings, forging and machining.
/li liPossess technical knowledge of the following areas: welding (SMAW-FCAW) NDTs (VT, PT, MT, RX, UT). /li liBe able to read and understand technical drawings and product specifications /li liBe fluent in English and Italian /li liHave PC office software proficiency /li liHave an EU Work Permit /li /ul pDesired Characteristics: /p ul liHave Certifications IWI for welding /li liHave level II certifications for PT, VT, MT as a minimum /li liPossess an attitude to set aggressive targets and change status quo – Change agent, and be committed to meet deadlines and deliver results /li liBe available to travel frequently /li liPossess structured data driven mindset, effective problem-solving abilities and zero-defect quality thinking /li liUnderstand Six Sigma principles /li liPossess good negotiations and facilitation skills /li liHave good communication and presentation skills /li liBe able to learn quickly coping with multiple complex situations on daily basis /li liBe able to work with teams and people from different cultures /li /ul h3Work in a way that works for you /h3 pWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
