This is our calling **Let's Talk about the Role** As a Senior Accountant, you will report to the Local Finance Manager and work closely with both the Central Finance team and our Shared Service Center. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with local regulations, and supporting the continuous improvement of accounting processes in a dynamic international environment. **How You Will Make a Difference** + Manage and review monthly financial reporting and support month-end and year-end closing activities + Prepare statutory financial statements and liaise with auditors and external consultants + Manage VAT returns (monthly and annual)
and ensure compliance with local regulations + Prepare Intrastat declarations and support tax calculations + Coordinate with external tax advisors and monitor tax deadlines + Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure data accuracy + Contribute to process improvements and strengthening internal controls **Skills for Success** + You will have a Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fields + **A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within an international environment** + You will demonstrate to possess a strong knowledge of Italian and US GAAP and local tax regulations (VAT, Intrastat, withholding taxes) + A solid experience in financial reporting and audit processes, a good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred) and advanced Excel skills + You will be fluent in Italian and English + You are detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment **What's in it for You** We're in the business of unleashing human potential, driven by the ideas, energy, and commitment of our people.
