pWe're looking for a skilledb AI/ML Engineer /b to support us in designing and deploying AI-driven solutions that tackle complex real-world challenges. /ppbr/ppbWhat You’ll Do /b /pulliDesign and deploy AI models for complex business problems /liliFine-tune LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon) for domain-specific tasks /liliBuild and manage data pipelines for model training and inference /liliDevelop scalable model deployment strategies in production environments /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to build AI-powered applications /liliMonitor model performance and optimize for accuracy and efficiency /liliStay up to date with the latest in AI, LLMs,
and model optimization /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat We’re Looking For /b /pulliBachelor’s in Computer Science or related field /lili3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML systems /liliStrong Python skills with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow /liliExperience with transformers and LLMs /liliFamiliarity with model optimization (quantization, pruning, distillation) /liliSolid grasp of MLOps and deployment workflows /liliStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail /li /ulpbr/ppbBonus Points (Preferred) /b /pulliMaster’s degree in AI, ML, or related area /liliExperience with Vision-Language Models (VLMs) and multimodal AI /liliKnowledge of embeddings, vector DBs, and semantic search /liliFamiliarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and RAG techniques /liliExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud ML platforms (AWS, Azure) /liliIndustrial domain experience is a plus /li /ulpbr/p
