ppIn your role as Logistic Manager you will be responsible for ensure and support proper management of inbound materials to support plant production according company targets and in compliance with active regulations.The Logistic Manager reports directly to the Plant Manager. /p h3Your main responsabilities include: /h3 ul liCoordinate warehouse team /li liManage inbound materials - related indirect costs with respect of relevant budget and efficiency targets /li liEnsure the proper organization and storage of inbound materials within the warehouse /li liMonitor inventory levels and liaise with Production to ensure the effective execution of the production plan /li liSupervise and control all logistics KPI /li liCoordinate Logistics Plant meeting, sharing running projects, results, targets /li liInvestments suggestion and implementation /li liGuarantee legal and safety compliance /li /ul h3Required skills: /h3 ul liLogistic Experience /li liEducation:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background. /li liLanguages: Fluent in English (written and spoken) for corporate reporting /li liLeadership and problem-solving attitude /li liPeople Management Skills /li /ul pThe compensation package will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills and the scope of the role, applying objective and gender-neutral criteria.
