Join us. /ph3Job Description /h3pWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our Building Engineering team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, coordination and delivery of complex projects, with a particular focus on Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Protection systems across a variety of sectors, including commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare and mission-critical facilities. /ppThe role offers the opportunity to lead technical activities, mentor junior engineers and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, innovative and sustainable engineering solutions. /ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliLead the design and delivery of mechanical building services systems (HVAC, plumbing and fire protection) from concept design through construction and project completion. /liliPrepare and review engineering calculations, technical specifications,



reports, drawings and design documentation. /liliCoordinate mechanical engineering activities with other disciplines, ensuring seamless integration across projects. /liliManage project deliverables, budgets and schedules while maintaining the highest technical standards. /liliProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support their professional development. /liliAttend client meetings and participate in technical discussions, presenting engineering solutions and recommendations. /liliSupport business development activities, including bids, tenders and proposal preparation. /liliEnsure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, sustainability standards and industry best practices. /liliContribute to innovation initiatives and continuously seek improvements in engineering design processes. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. /liliFluent in Italian and English. /liliMinimum 5years of experience in mechanical building services engineering, preferably within a consultancy environment. /liliStrong technical expertise in HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems design. /liliProven experience delivering complex multidisciplinary projects. /liliExperience in Data Centres, Critical Facilities, Healthcare, or other highly complex engineering projects will be particularly valued. /liliProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and BIM workflows. /liliStrong understanding of relevant Italian and international codes, standards and regulations. /liliExcellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. /liliExperience coordinating teams and mentoring junior engineers. /liliStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. /liliProfessional registration, Chartered Engineer status or equivalent professional qualification would be considered an advantage. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
