You will manage all activities required from the design phase through to the opening of new stores,
both directly and by coordinating internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Zegna's brand image, business goals, and approved budgets. You’ll work closely with your team to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow. /p h3More Specifically You Will /h3 ul liBudget control, project timing and quality check; /li liManage selection of supply sources and negotiate terms and contracts; /li liCooridnate of all external contributors of the project, from executive drawing’s architect to the local architects, from general contractors to all suppliers, in accordance with the Company’s General Agreements; /li liResponsibility for the correct progress of the schedule and on-site works with periodical site visits and meetings; /li liControl of the movement of materials to ensure adequate supply levels and timely distribution to meet market demands; /li liExecute technical activities in order to maintain the existing stores in compliance with local and corporate requirements in coherence with approved budget. /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liYou bring 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role /li liUniversity Degree (Architecture/ Engineering) /li liYou’re skilled in Autocad, Photoshop,
MS Project /li liAnalytical skills /li liTime and process management abilities /li liAvailability to business travel /li liYou’re known for your interpersonal skills, and it shows in how you work with others /li liYou communicate fluently in English /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liThe position provides for a base salary between: 30,000-35,000€ Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender. Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. /li liThe position is expected to be classified within the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Tessile).
