With over 800 professionals operating from Italy, UK, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland and Canada, the Group serves clients in 4 continents, supporting approximately 100,000 investment professionals to manage more than €1 trillion in assets. /ppBased in Milan but supporting our SaaS division in Germany, we are looking for a full-time employee in the Applications Operations team to start as soon as possible. /ph3Descripiton: /h3ulliManage and support SaaS environments based on OBS (Objectway Banking Suite), including the interfaces connecting OBS with other system /liliMonitor daily and end-of-day processing to ensure smooth and reliable operations, while supporting software releases and deployments for customers. /liliWork closely with the core banking development, project management and client support teams to coordinate activities and resolve issues. /liliContribute to ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs, customer requirements, internal standards and applicable regulations, as well as coordinating and performing testing activities when required. /li /ulh3Required Skills:



/h3ulliIT background through completed studies or equivalent practical experience in IT or banking environments. /liliGood knowledge of Linux and Windows Server administration. /liliGood knowledge of SQL and experience working with Oracle databases. /liliExperience in IT operations, software delivery and application support. /liliExperience with Shell scripting and basic programming or automation skills. /liliExperience working with IT infrastructure and SaaS environments, preferably in an operational or support role. /liliFamiliarity with service management tools such as Jira and Confluence. /liliGood problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach. /liliStrong communication and teamwork skills, with a structured and reliable way of working. /liliGood knowledge of English. /liliWillingness to occasionally work outside normal business hours or on weekends to complete special tasks. /li /ulh3What we offer: /h3ulliTicket restaurant and company welfare. /liliEmployee discount programs. /liliPerformance premio for company objectives. /liliThe salary range for this position is €35,000 – €45,000. This compensation complies with the pay transparency requirements set out in EU Directive 2023/970.
