Manage the budgeting and forecasting process for the whole Operations organization; /li liSupport the definition and minimization of plant material handling and optimization of internal warehouse flow; /li liCooperate with Logistic Material Management unit to identify improvement and efficiency initiatives. Perform B/C analysis. Monitor and report progresses of the relevant logistic projects launched; /li liAct as BPO-Business Process Owner for Digital Solution initiatives in the Logistics area, taking decision responsibility and ensuring that decisions are coherent with business objectives.
Train and support plant key-users in adopting new solutions/processes; /li liSupport the Plants in the management of Logistic service provider activities; /li liMonitor and analyse Logistics Cost Deployment; /li liSupport the definition of packaging requirements towards the external supply chain ensuring coherence to the standards defined within the Leonardo Production System; /li liDefine and standardize logistic procedures and processes within logistics area. Moreover, share among plants the logistic best practices; /li liManage the Governance of Transports supporting Logistic Material Management unit and Transportation Control Tower; /li liDefine, Monitor and analyse logistic KPIs. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related business discipline; /li liSeniority: junior 1–3 years of experience /li liTechnical skills and competencies: /li liProven background in effective problem solving technique; /li liExperienced in process improvement with a good understanding of a range of improvement techniques. /li liSoft skills: /li liGood communicator with a flexible and conscientious approach and the ability to relay concepts and conclusions effectively, to experts and non-experts, at all levels; /li liAbility to understand and quantify task contents to prioritise and assign appropriately; /li liProject management, time management and presentation skills. Accuracy is essential. /li liLanguage skills: Excellent command of the English language (B2/C1 level) /li liDigital skills: competency above a basic level with the following software systems:
