As part of VST HR team, you will work closely with local and Group HR teams, Centres of Expertise and business leaders in a complex matrix organization. /p pYou will be part of an international HR team, collaborating with colleagues across Vodafone markets and Group functions, with the opportunity to contribute to strategic people initiatives that impact thousands of employees across Europe. /p h3Key accountabilities /h3 ul liPartner with senior leaders to define and implement people plans aligned with business priorities /li liDrive organizational design, workforce planning and change management initiatives /li liSupport talent reviews,
succession planning and leadership development activities /li liLeverage people analytics and insights to drive data-based decisions /li liFoster employee engagement and strengthen Vodafone's culture and Spirit values /li liCollaborate with Group HR Centres of Expertise across Talent, Reward, Learning, People Experience and Employee Relations /li liEnsure effective implementation of key HR processes, including performance management, compensation reviews and talent programmes /li liSupport cross-market projects and organizational transformations across European markets /li liCoach managers on people-related topics, leadership challenges and team effectiveness /li liPromote an inclusive, diverse and high-performing work environment /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liStrong business partnering experience within an international environment /li liSolid understanding of HR disciplines and people processes /li liExperience supporting organizational change and transformation programmes /li liStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills /li liExcellent communication skill and Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities /li liAbility to balance strategic thinking with operational execution /li liDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
