This is an exciting opportunity for a quality professional who is passionate about driving continuous improvement, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of quality across our operations. /p pThe successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our Quality Management System (QMS), working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve quality issues, improve processes, and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. /p pAs this position will support customers and operations within the Italian market, bfluency in Italian and English is essential /b. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Quality Management Compliance /h3 ul liSupport the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with customer requirements and applicable standards. /li liMaintain Quality Assurance system data and quality documentation. /li liEnsure compliance with customer requirements, regulatory obligations, and industry standards. /li liMonitor the effectiveness of the QMS and recommend improvements to enhance performance and efficiency. /li liSupport internal and external audits, including customer audits, and ensure timely closure of corrective actions. /li /ul h3Customer Quality Problem Resolution /h3 ul liServe as the primary customer liaison for quality-related issues and inquiries. /li liLead structured problem-solving activities, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and 8D investigations. /li liDrive the implementation and verification of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence of non-conformities. /li liBuild and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and responsive communication. /li liConduct fault trend analysis to identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement. /li liUtilize quality tools and methodologies to improve process effectiveness and quality. /li liParticipate in and support continuous improvement initiatives across the business. /li liAnalyze operational processes and recommend improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. /li /ul h3Cross-Functional Collaboration /h3 ul liWork closely with Sales, Engineering,
and Distribution Centre teams to support business objectives and quality performance. /li liSupport new business opportunities by providing quality expertise during customer engagement and onboarding activities. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer expectations and quality standards are consistently achieved. /li /ul h3Reporting Performance Monitoring /h3 ul liDevelop, monitor, and report on quality metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). /li liPrepare quality reports and present findings, trends, and recommendations to management. /li liEnsure accurate and timely reporting of quality performance data. /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years' experience in a Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related role. /li liStrong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems. /li liExperience leading customer-facing quality investigations and corrective action activities. /li liFluency in Italian and English (written and spoken). /li liThorough understanding of quality management principles and methodologies. /li liExperience using quality tools including: /li li8D Problem Solving /li liRoot Cause Analysis (RCA) /li liFailure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) /li liStatistical Process Control (SPC) /li liCorrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) /li li5 Whys /li liFishbone (Ishikawa) Diagrams /li liAbility to analyze data and identify trends to drive improvement initiatives. /li /ul h3Personal Attributes /h3 ul liExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management abilities. /li liHighly organized with the ability to effectively prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks. /li liSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment. /li liCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
