pstrongMechanical Design RD Engineer | Italy | Full-Time /strong /ppbr / /ppIf you've spent your career designing machines that handle, sort, and pack things at scale, and you're ready to lead that work rather than just contribute to it, this is worth a proper look. /ppOur client engineers automated machinery for the fruit and vegetable industry across Europe, the kind of equipment that quietly keeps produce moving from field to shelf. You'd join as a lead mechanical engineer on new product development, taking a project from a blank sheet through design, prototyping, testing and validation, working alongside engineering and automation teams based in Italy, Spain and China. /ppbr / /ppThis isn't a role where you hand off a drawing and move on. You own the mechanical side end to end: 3D models and manufacturing drawings in SolidWorks, joint debugging with the automation team once hardware meets software, and field testing where you're the one pulling data and solving problems when something doesn't behave as designed. You'll also work directly with manufacturers and suppliers to sort out the inevitable issues that surface during assembly and commissioning,
