The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning of process systems, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with HSE requirements, and verifying that systems achieve the required design and operational performance. /ppbr/ppbWork location: /b /ppMilan Ravenna /ppbr/ppbMain responsibilities: /b /pulliDevelop and review commissioning procedures, test packs and process system logic. /liliVerify the readiness of utilities and support systems prior to commissioning activities. /liliReview PIDs, PFDs, Cause Effect diagrams, operating manuals and operating philosophies. /liliParticipate in HAZOP, HAZID, SIL studies and Pre-Start-Up Safety Reviews (PSSR). /liliSupervise flushing, purging, leak testing and functional testing of process systems. /liliSupport the introduction of hydrocarbons or chemicals during initial start-up activities. /liliMonitor process systems during start-up and ramp-up, ensuring safe and stable operation. /liliCoordinate the tuning of control loops and process alarms with Instrumentation and DCS teams.
/liliSupport troubleshooting activities and identify corrective actions for process upsets. /liliPrepare commissioning dossiers, test results and as-built documentation. /liliManage punch list completion and support system handover to Operations. /liliSupport performance testing, reliability runs and process optimization activities. /liliEnsure compliance with HSE procedures, PTW, SIMOPS and LOTO requirements. /liliCoordinate with Operations and multidisciplinary teams throughout the transition from commissioning to steady-state operation. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements: /b /pulliBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. /liliAt least b8 years of professional experience /b in the relevant discipline after obtaining the university degree. /liliProven experience in commissioning and start-up activities within OilGas projects. /liliStrong knowledge of OilGas process systems, including separation, dehydration, gas treatment and compression. /liliExcellent knowledge of PIDs, PFDs, control philosophies and equipment datasheets. /liliAbility to interpret and troubleshoot DCS/SCADA logic, control loops and safety interlocks. /liliFamiliarity with commissioning software such as ICAPS, WinPCS or CMS. /liliGood knowledge of field instrumentation and process control systems.
