Leads activities related to power conversion systems, grid integration, and medium‑voltage equipment, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant system design.Main tasks:Serve as the technical lead for power conversion and grid‑integration topics — including converter/inverter selection, grid compliance, medium‑voltage system interfaces, and essential power‑system studies. Develop and validate overall electrical system architecture, including equipment sizing, system topology,
and performance calculations at the point of interconnection. Lead the medium‑voltage system and Balance‑of‑Plant (BoP) electrical design, covering items such as MV stations, transformers, switchgear, protection devices, grounding systems, and auxiliary power. Prepare key engineering deliverables such as single‑line diagrams, protection concepts, cable-sizing documents, and equipment specifications. Ensure electrical safety, protection principles, and technical compliance across all phases of design and implementation.
