This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic thinking to design scalable, maintainable, and high-quality systems that meet customer requirements and business objectives. /p /brpIn your daily job you will: /p /brh3System Architecture Design /h3 /brul /brliDefine overall system architecture and component structure /li /brliDesign APIs, interfaces, and integration points between components /li /brliCreate architectural diagrams, specifications, and documentation /li /brliEnsure architecture supports scalability, performance, and maintainability /li /brliAddress non-functional requirements (security, reliability, safety, performance) /li /br /ul /brh3Technical Strategy Vision /h3 /brul /brliDevelop technical vision and roadmap for system evolution /li /brliEvaluate and select technologies, frameworks,
and tools /li /brliDefine technical standards and guidelines organization-wide /li /brli Plan for long-term technical debt reduction and system improvements /li /brli Balance innovation with stability and risk management /li /br /ul /brh3Architecture Governance /h3 /brul /brliReview and approve architectural decisions and designs /li /brliEnsure consistency and alignment across teams and projects /li /brliIdentify and resolve architectural conflicts and issues /li /brliEstablish architecture review processes and best practices /li /brliMaintain architecture documentation and knowledge base /li /br /ul /brh3Technical Leadership /h3 /brul /brliProvide technical guidance to engineering teams /li /brliMentor engineers on architecture and design principles /li /brliLead architecture discussions and technical reviews /li /brliCollaborate with technical leads and senior engineers /li /brliDrive technical excellence and quality standards /li /br /ul /brh3HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE /h3 /brpKey skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are: /p /brul /brliBachelor degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field /li /brli10+ years of software engineering experience /li /brli7+ years of experience with embedded Linux or systems software /li /brli5+ years in architecture or senior technical design roles /li /brliExperience designing and architecting complex, large-scale system s /li /brlibCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis - without requirement for any type of visa sponsorship/transfer, now, or at any time in future.
