Reporting directly to a key member of the Global Exec, the Managing Director will have full accountability for business performance, EBITDA growth, and the successful integration of multiple operating businesses into one aligned, high-performing organisation. /p pThe successful candidate will lead a multi-year transformation programme, creating a unified operating model, strengthening organisational capability, and embedding a culture of commercial and operational excellence. /p pWorking closely with the International Leadership Team, the President will accelerate EBITDA performance through organisational integration, productivity improvement, commercial discipline, and operational simplification, while positioning the business for sustainable international growth.
