manage and analyze online payments data to identify key trends, patterns and scenariosUtilize statistical analysis and data visualization tools (Power BI/Looker) to present findings effectivelyGenerate regular reports on payment processing metrics and KPIs as well as ad hoc analysis aimed to support C-Level decisionsIdentify areas for improvement and recommend strategies for enhancement based on dataWork with product development teams to implement data-driven improvementsManage, monitor and control online payments volumes and costs, online payment platforms and systems performancesCollaborate with IT, Finance, Fraud Prevention, Customer Care, Legal etc. to ensure operational excellence is achievedThe type of person we are looking for:Proven experience in Data Analytics preferably within a structured e-commerce organizationProficiency in data visualization tools (Microsoft Power BI/Looker/Microstrategy)Proficient knowledge of MS Excel and Google SuiteExperience in database management (SQL), ETL and data modelingDegree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering is preferred. Economics and Business backgrounds are also welcomeExcellent level of written and spoken English and Italian is mandatory2+ years of experience in a similar position,



preferably within a structured organization in the e-commerce business, advisory or system integration consultancySelf-driven and delivery-focus with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholdersUnderstanding of payment processing, acquiring, orchestration platforms, fraud management and antifraud tools is a plus1. Starting annual gross base salary: €33.000.
