The team you will be a part of The Accounting team establishes and maintains accounting policies and controls, fiscal controls, preparing financial reports and safeguarding the organization's assets. Maintains accounting and financial records and reports, including general ledger, financial statements, regulatory and management reports.
This role in summary The Finance Manager will take 100% independent ownership of all day-to-day accounting, statutory, fiscal, and regulatory tasks for our Italian legal entity at our Mercallo site. As the entity navigates its next strategic lifecycle phase, this professional will ensure local compliance, manage regulatory filings, oversee the transition of operational activities, and maintain robust financial governance.
This role reports directly to Luxembourg-based finance leadership and offers an excellent opportunity to manage complex corporate compliance and entity restructuring processes.

- Entity Governance & Compliance: Manage the end-to-end statutory, regulatory, and fiscal lifecycle obligations of the Italian legal entity, ensuring full compliance with local authorities during transitional phases.
