Across the industries we support — from Automotive and Industrial Automation to Smart Devices and IoT — we transform reliable embedded technology into a foundation for innovative, dependable products. /p pWe're looking for an experienced and motivated System Engineer to support the development of complex automotive systems and products. In this role, you will contribute to system definition, requirements management, architecture development, technical coordination, and product integration throughout the development lifecycle, from concept to production. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams and customers to ensure that technical requirements, system performance, safety, quality, and project objectives are successfully achieved. /p h3What you'll be doing /h3 ul liLead and support end-to-end system engineering activities across automotive development programs /li liDefine, analyze, document, and manage system and customer requirements using requirements management tools /li liEnsure requirements traceability, consistency, completeness, and alignment throughout the product development lifecycle /li liDevelop and maintain system architecture, interfaces, and functional concepts /li liPerform and support system safety, reliability, and risk analysis activities, including DFMEA and FTA /li liCoordinate closely with hardware, software, mechanical, validation, and other engineering disciplines to ensure successful system integration /li liAct as a technical interface for customers and internal stakeholders, supporting technical reviews, requirement clarifications, and issue resolution /li liManage development documentation, work items, configuration, and traceability using engineering lifecycle management tools /li liSupport Functional Safety and Cybersecurity-related engineering activities in accordance with applicable automotive standards /li liParticipate in design reviews, technical assessments, audits, and risk management activities /li liSupport problem-solving and root cause analysis for system-level issues /li liContribute to continuous improvement of system engineering processes, methods, and development practices /li /ul h3What you'll bring along /h3 ul liDegree in Electrical Engineering,



Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field /li liExperience in system engineering within automotive or another complex product development environment /li liStrong knowledge of requirements management, traceability, and system development processes /li liHands-on experience with system risk and reliability analysis methods such as DFMEA and FTA /li liExperience working with cross-functional engineering teams /li liAbility to interact with customers and stakeholders in a technical environment /li liExperience with requirements and lifecycle management tools /li liGood understanding of automotive development processes and product lifecycle activities /li liBasic understanding of Functional Safety and Cybersecurity principles and applicable automotive standards /li liStrong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills /li liGood command of English, both written and spoken /li liExperience in automotive electrification, power electronics, energy management, embedded systems, or similar technical domains is nice to have /li liKnowledge of ISO 26262, Automotive SPICE, and automotive cybersecurity standards is nice to have /li liFamiliarity with system integration, verification, and validation activities is nice to have /li /ul h3What’s in it for you /h3 ul liNew beginnings can be a challenge.
