Role Description Teachers with authorization to work in Italy at the International School of Brindisi are responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons aligned with the school’s international curriculum for students aged 3 to 18. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing engaging learning activities, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining clear, supportive communication with students, families, and colleagues.



Teachers collaborate with the wider faculty to develop interdisciplinary projects, participate in professional development, and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Brindisi, requiring active participation in school events, meetings, and extracurricular initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with demonstrated classroom experience at primary or secondary level.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training, including designing differentiated activities and supporting diverse learning needs.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, families, and colleagues in a multicultural environment.
- Relevant teaching qualification or degree in Education or a subject area, and eligibility to work in Italy.
- Experience or interest in international or inquiry-based curricula and a commitment to student-centered, inclusive pedagogy.
- Ability to integrate digital tools into teaching and learning, and openness to ongoing professional development.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian or additional languages is an asset.
