The role acts as the single operational integrator at Asset level, coordinating activities and ensuring follow-through, without owning final decisions on asset strategy, external toller siting, or internal manufacturing allocation. /p pThis role is designed to strengthen execution and clarity without altering decision ownership. The Global Business Operations Lead enables faster, better-informed decisions and reliable operational delivery through discipline, coordination, and transparency. The GAOL speaks on behalf of the business management team across all operations. /p pbJob Status: /b /p ulliFull-Time /liliReports to: Global Portfolio Business Manager /li /ul pbRole Responsibilities: /b /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAsset-Level Operational Governance SOP /li liCoordinate and lead Asset-level operational SOP activities /li liPrepare structured scenarios, risks, and impact analysis to support Business Manager decisions /li liEnsure unresolved issues are properly escalated and tracked to closure /li /ul ul liOperational Execution /li liTranslate Asset priorities into executable supply, manufacturing, regulatory and inventory plans /li liCoordinate cross-functional execution across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Regulatory, and Quality /li liEnsure operational readiness for launches, volume changes,



and regulatory or formulation updates /li /ul ul liExternal Tolling Internal Manufacturing Coordination /li liAct as the operational Asset interface toward Global Supply Chain and Internal Manufacturing /li liProvide operational input to Global Supply Chain to support siting decisions /li liCoordinate with Regional Manufacturing Heads on internal execution and capacity alignment /li /ul ul liSupply, Inventory Performance Management /li liDrive execution of approved inventory and safety stock strategies /li liMonitor and explain key operational variances (service, PPV, LCR) /li liQuality Issue Management /li liCoordinate major quality or operational issues at Asset level /li liEnsure structured escalation, corrective action follow-up, and closure /li liCross-Functional Integration /li liAct as the Asset-level operational integrator across all relevant functions /li liEnsure decisions are documented, executed, and reviewed for effectiveness /li liStrong capability to lead and structure Asset-level SOP processes, ensuring disciplined execution and decision-making /li liDeep understanding of planning processes and tools, including ERP systems and data structures, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights /li liHigh execution focus with strong follow-through, ensuring alignment, escalation, and closure of operational actions /li liStrong business acumen, with ability to balance service, cost, and inventory trade-offs and provide clear operational recommendations /li liAbility to influence and drive alignment across cross-functional teams without direct authority (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory)



/li liExperience in complex, multi-region supply chains with strong coordination requirements across internal and external manufacturing networks /li liCapability to establish or improve processes, including SOP governance, performance tracking, and cross-functional ways of working /li /ul h3Key Interfaces /h3 ul liBusiness Manager(s): alignment on priorities, escalation of risks, preparation of scenarios and decision support /li liGlobal Supply Chain: coordination on external tolling, supply constraints, and allocation decisions /li liRegional Manufacturing Heads and Sites: alignment on internal production execution, capacity, and operational performance /li liProcurement: coordination on raw material availability, supplier constraints, and cost drivers impacting Asset performance /li liQuality: management of major quality issues, escalation, and corrective action follow-up /li liRegulatory: alignment on regulatory changes impacting supply, formulation, or product availability /li liPlanning (Global/Regional): coordination of demand, supply plans, and SOP cycles to ensure alignment between planning and execution /li /ul h3KPIs / Performance Measurement /h3 ul liService Level / OTIF for assigned Assets (global and regional view) /li liLost sales or back orders due to product non-availability /li liInventory level vs target and safety stock adherence /li liInventory aging and obsolescence exposure /li liPurchase Price Variance (PPV) and key drivers impacting cost performance /li liMargin performance vs budget or prior year (where influenced by operational execution) /li liPremium freight / expedite cost as indicator of execution stability /li liProduction and supply plan adherence (internal sites and tollers) /li liResolution time for major operational or quality issues /li liClosure rate of escalations and action items /li liSOP effectiveness indicators (process adherence, forecast reliability, alignment between plan and execution) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
