This is your opportunity to take your career to the next level, embrace new challenges, and continue making a difference. /ppWe work for a brighter future, thinking today about the world of tomorrow. /ph3Your role /h3pAs Quality Process Engineer you will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to manage a highly complex Manufacturing Department, assuring excellent quality standards. /ph3Main responsibilities /h3ulliConduct data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement in quality and processes. /liliDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics. /liliCollaborate with production supervisors, operators, and maintenance teams to address quality issues and ensure smooth workflows. /liliInvestigating and troubleshooting quality related product or production issues. /liliSupport the implementation of process improvement projects to enhance quality standards. /liliDevelop and maintain quality-related documentation,



ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. /li /ulh3Main requirements /h3ulliAt least 2 years of experience in a complex environment as Quality Engineer. /liliBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related field. /liliGood knowledge of Quality tools (Fishbone, 5 whys, root cause analysis, …). /li liGood Knowledge of Ms Office. /li liBasics of Statistics. /li liAbility to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff. /li liAnalytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making. /li /ulh3Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment /h3pWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
