pstrongThe Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel, Autograph Collection, /strongone of the most vibrant and dynamic 5* in Rome, is looking for you! /ppbr / /ppThe primary purpose of the strongFront Desk Agent Turnante /strongis to ensure that guests have an excellent hotel experience through greeting them, processing check-in and check-out, issuing room keys, answering questions and addressing guest requests. /ppbr / /ppThe strongFront Desk Agent /strong strongTurnante /strongwill be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments: /ppbr / /pulliFront Desk operations during your assigned shift to a consistently high standard; br / /liliEnsure personalknowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, and special promotional offers, as well as daily VIP and special events; br / /liliMaximize sales revenues through up-selling and marketing program; br / /liliManage Guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and completely; br / /liliMaintain the professional appearance of the Front Desk with a focus on hospitality and Guest service; br / /liliCheck-in and check-out guests; br / /liliRespond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner; br / /liliAnswer inquirespertaining to hotel services, registration, shopping, dining, and travel directions; br / /liliHandle cash andcredit card transactions and process guest accounts; br / /liliAs needed, fulfill all job responsibilities expected of Concierge Attendant; br / /liliFax and make copies for guests,
along with other services of the Business Center; br / /liliArrange for sending and receiving of packages; br / /liliFollow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; br / report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management; br / complete safety training and certifications; br / /liliAny and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position. /li /ulpbr / /ppTo successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow: /ppbr / /pulliA strongFront Desk Agent /strongserving The Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members; br / /liliFront Office experience in Hotel of same category, preferable in Marriott Luxury Properties; br / /liliStrong commercial/business awareness and demonstration of sales capabilities; br / /liliCalm, organizedwork ethic with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines; br / /liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; br / /liliA passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service; br / /liliExperience withanswering multi-line phone lines; br / /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office programs; br / /liliExcellent command of Italian and English.
