ppWe are seeking a motivated Electronics/Electrical Engineer with an academic background in Electronic Engineering (or equivalent eng. background) and at least 3 years of hands‑on experience in Non‑Conformance management and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA). /ppThe candidate will play a key role in ensuring product quality, driving issue resolution, and supporting continuous improvement across manufacturing and engineering processes. /ppExperience in structured and international industrial environments is highly valued. /ppThe selected candidate will be responsible for: /pullipManage and coordinate Non‑Conformance (NC) processes from identification to closure /p /lilipLead and facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using structured methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone) /p /lilipDrive and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA/RCCA) to ensure sustainable solutions /p /lilipCollaborate with cross‑functional teams (Production, Quality, RD, Suppliers) to resolve issues effectively /p /lilipAnalyze quality data and trends to identify systemic issues and process improvement /p /li lipInterface with suppliers for quality‑related issues and corrective actions (if applicable) /p /lilipDevelop and improve testing procedures for NPI and released products /p /lilipAcquire advanced knowhow in technical environment, specifically inertial navigation and data analysis /p /lilipBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field /p /lilipMinimum 3 years of proven experience in:



/p /lilipNon‑Conformance management /p /lilipRoot Cause Analysis and RCCA processes /p /lilipAbility to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation /p /lilipGood knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (8D, FMEA, SPC, etc.) /p /lilipExperience in electronic assembly manufacturing processes (e.g., SMT, THT, testing, rework) /p /lilipAnalytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills /p /lilipBasic Knowledge of MATLAB /p /li /ulpIn compliance with regulations on the secure handling of certain information, Italian citizenship is required. /ph3Preferred Skills /h3ullipExperience in electronics manufacturing or testing environments /p /lilipKnowledge of Lean / Six Sigma methodologies /p /li /ulpAnnual gross salary from 33.058,74€ and applicable NCBA is Metalmeccanico (Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per i dipendenti delle industrie metalmeccaniche private e della installazione di impianti); The salary we're displaying represents only the minimum wage according to CLA applied.
