The ideal candidate will have strong3–5 years of IT support experience /strong, with strong expertise in strongService Desk, End User Services, Field Services, and Onsite IT Support /strong. /ppThe role requires excellent communication skills in strongEnglish and native-level Italian /strong, along with a strong customer-service mindset and the ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and workplace technology issues in an onsite environment. /ppbr / /ppKey Responsibilities /pulliProvide strongonsite IT support /strong to end users across the Carrier facility. /liliTroubleshoot and resolve stronghardware, software, network, and peripheral-related issues /strong. /liliDeliver strongService Desk and End User Computing support /strong. /liliPerform strongdesktop/laptop installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting /strong. /liliSupport printers, monitors, mobile devices, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
/liliHandle strongfield service requests /strong and provide hands-on technical assistance. /liliLog, update, track, and resolve incidents and service requests through the ITSM system. /liliEscalate complex issues to relevant technical teams when required. /liliSupport user onboarding, device provisioning, and IT equipment replacement. /liliMaintain accurate documentation of incidents, assets, and troubleshooting activities. /liliFollow IT support processes, security policies, and service-level requirements. /liliProvide professional and timely support to users in both strongoffice and shopfloor environments /strong. /li /ulpbr / /ppMandatory Skills Experience /pullistrong3–5 years of overall IT experience /strong. /liliMinimum strong3 years of relevant experience /strong in: /liliService Desk Support /liliEnd User Services /liliField Services /liliOnsite IT Support /liliStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. /liliExperience supporting Windows-based desktop/laptop environments. /liliGood understanding of IT hardware, peripherals, and workplace technologies. /liliStrong customer-facing and communication skills. /lilistrongNative Italian /strong and strong strongEnglish /strong communication skills. /liliAbility to work independently in a fully onsite environment. /li /ulpbr / /p
