Qeeboo is a next-generation design brand that brings together creativity, innovation, and storytelling. We are looking for a Sales Operations / Back Office Intern to join our Milan-based team and support our day-to-day commercial operations with accuracy, curiosity, and enthusiasm.
Your Role
As a Sales Operations Intern, you will work closely with our sales and backoffice teams, gaining hands-on experience in B2B order management and after-sales operations.
Your responsibilities will include
Supporting the preparation and management of sales orders and pro forma invoices
Updating and maintaining customer master data
Assisting with order processing and monitoring delivery timelines
Helping prepare customs documentation for international shipments
Collaborating with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth operational workflows
Supporting general back-office and administrative activities
Who You Are A recent graduate or final-year student in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working with data and documents
Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn
Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Previous exposure to ERP systems is an advantage, but not required
