/b Support the order management flow and act as the technical lead during customer witness tests, proving the quality of our engineering firsthand. /li /ul h3Impact Influence /h3 ul libAfter-Sales Anchor: /b Provide high-level technical support for complex issues post-installation. /li libCross-Functional Collaboration: /b Work as the link between Sales, Engineering, and the Customer to ensure "special" doesn't mean "complicated." /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 ul libHardcore Engineering Background: /b A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a strong preference for Energy Engineering. /li libHVAC Industry Veteran: /b Proven experience in HVAC applications.
