Join us in redefining the boundaries of what's possible. /ph3Your role /h3pThe Application Engineer is responsible for planning, conducting, and coordinating complex tests, providing technical 2nd level support, supporting the sales department, and serving as a central interface between our customers and internal departments. International travel is required. /ph3Main responsibilities: /h3ulliIndependent planning, execution, documentation and analysis of individual tests to validate new products. /liliInvestigation of complex issues, including the necessary troubleshooting. /liliDerivation of optimization measures and recommendations, e.g., release/block decisions, design changes, or process improvements.
/liliDrive company-wide product standardization in close alignment with the global AE organization. /liliPrepare and conduct customer demonstrations and machine acceptances. /liliSupport the service colleagues and customers with difficult and urgent machine problems. /liliCreate and update documentation for Satisloh technicians and customers. /liliEnsure regular communication with key accounts and represent customer interests within our company.
