The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring the EPC Contractor’s execution, ensuring compliance with project specifications, schedule, HSE and quality requirements, while protecting the Client’s interests from a PMS perspective. /ppbr / /ppstrongWork location: /strong /ppMilan /ppbr / /ppstrongMain responsibilities: /strong /pulliMonitor and oversee the EPC Contractor’s construction execution plan, method statements and work packs. /liliEnsure construction activities are aligned with the approved project schedule and milestones. /liliSupport constructability reviews during design and engineering phases. /liliMonitor construction progress, identify delays and deviations, and propose corrective and recovery actions. /liliEnsure compliance with project HSE procedures, international standards and applicable regulations. /liliMonitor field safety performance and participate in safety walks and audits. /liliOversee the implementation of Quality Plans and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs). /liliReview NCRs, corrective actions and lessons learned, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings and applicable codes.
/liliCoordinate interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and operations teams. /liliManage interfaces between onshore/offshore activities, subcontractors, vendors and third parties. /liliMonitor contractual compliance, scope changes and variation orders, providing construction input for claims and contractual correspondence. /liliReview EPC Contractor daily and weekly progress reports and prepare PMS reporting for the Client. /liliEnsure construction records, red-marked drawings and as-built documentation are properly updated and submitted. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements: /strong /pulliBachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline. /liliProven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role within EPC projects. /liliProven track record in managing multidisciplinary construction activities, including civil, structural, piping, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works. /liliStrong knowledge of construction management, project execution and contractor management. /liliExcellent knowledge of international codes, standards and construction practices. /liliGood understanding of HSE and QA/QC requirements within EPC projects. /liliExperience in schedule,
