You will be given end‑to‑end responsibility for larger, highly technical and more complex “modules” within a project, and begin to develop specialized knowledge to help you solve clients' problems. You will start to take on team lead responsibilities and demonstrate intellectual leadership. /ph3Main responsibilities will include: /h3h3Building community /h3ulliAdvising internal colleagues on core technical concepts and frameworks /liliAdvising fellow architects on areas relevant to an area you have depth in /liliDeveloping a network in the BCG technical community and leveraging it for our clients /li /ulh3Developing Designing /h3ulliAnalysing the status quo and optimization of IT architectures /liliIdentifying non‑trivial technology decisions facing a client /liliStorytelling about architectural building blocks and their importance /liliRoadmapping and business case development /li /ulh3Controlling Managing /h3ulliReviewing vendor proposals and/or in‑flight technical work /liliIT project management and quality assurance /li /ulh3What You'll Bring /h3ulliYou have from 10 to 15 years’ experience in software development, technical project management, digital delivery or technology consulting /liliYou show ability to bring unique tech perspectives from outside the consulting industry into BCG's typical engagements, requiring: /liliConsulting experience required /liliStrategic mindset (hypothesis driven, 80:20 mindset, iterative approach, activist stance) /liliSelf‑managed /liliYou have leadership potential to transform the consulting industry in particular around interaction with designers,
engineers and POs /liliProgressing thought leadership in deep tech /liliNew (but proven) methodologies or ways of working /liliYou have a clear overview of common development methods and tools DevOps practices and Continuous Improvement /liliYou are able to balance dogmatism and pragmatism to guide decision making.
