You will play a key role in a strategic phase of organizational growth and transformation, helping to further strengthen production processes, team effectiveness, and operational performance. /p h3Your New Role /h3 ul liLead the Molding department, ensuring the achievement of production volume, quality, and efficiency targets. /li liManage and develop a production organization of approximately 70 employees across continuous shift operations. /li liCoordinate key functions within the department, including Production Planning, Quality, Documentation, Shift Leaders, and Production Supervisors. /li liMonitor and improve key manufacturing KPIs such as OEE, scrap rate, productivity, and operational efficiency. /li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing processes, reducing waste, and increasing operational performance. /li liSupport production planning activities and ensure alignment with business priorities and customer demand. /li liPromote a culture of safety, compliance,
accountability, and operational excellence. /li liLead performance management activities, including performance reviews, salary reviews, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives. /li liAct as the primary point of contact for people-related matters within the department, working closely with HR and Operations leadership. /li liSupport organizational development by defining roles, responsibilities, and team structures aligned with future business growth. /li liEnsure compliance with Quality Management System requirements, GMPs, and applicable medical device regulations. /li liParticipate in internal and external audits, supporting inspection readiness and operational compliance. /li /ul h3How You'll Make An Impact /h3 ul liStrengthen leadership, engagement, and organizational effectiveness across the production teams. /li liSupport the company's growth strategy through a well-structured and high-performing manufacturing organization. /li liImprove manufacturing performance through KPI management and continuous improvement initiatives. /li liDrive operational excellence while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. /li liFoster a positive working environment and ensure strong collaboration between production, quality, engineering, and HR functions. /li liBuild a sustainable organization by developing people, clarifying responsibilities, and improving team capabilities. /li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience. An Industrial/Management Engineering background is considered a plus. /li liProven experience in Production Management, Manufacturing Management, Production Supervision, or similar leadership roles. /li liStrong people management experience within manufacturing environments. /li liExperience managing supervisors, shift leaders, and large production teams.
