To strengthen its technical team, Cosmic Group's hiring a Customer Support Technician to join a dynamic, customer-focused environment. The candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing systems at customer sites, training users, and supporting internal validation and repair activities.Dopo aver letto questa descrizione, invii il suo CV e le eventuali informazioni aggiuntive richieste facendo clic sul pulsante di candidatura.Responsabilities:Performs on-site installation of new systems at the customer’s location; Performs periodicmaintenance on internal systems and customer systems at their locations; Provides support (both at Cosmic and on-site)



for installed systems; Processes incoming returns from customers; Updates company databases with technical findings from the work performed; Reports customer feedback and new requests to the Customer Support Manager. xysqume Provide internal support to the Bring-up and Failure Analysis team for:Validation/repair of ATE componentsValidation/repair of interface board componentsConduct training for customers at our headquarters or at their facilitiesRequirements:-High school diploma in electronics or related field.-Experience, even minimal, in electronic systems assembly and repair; -knowledge of written and spoken English (minimum level B1)-willingness to travel an average of 25%–30% of the days in the yearWe offer attractive and competitive remuneration based on experience
