As a Partnership Manager Assistant – Graduate Internship (Tirocinio extracurriculare), you’ll support both Account Management and Business Development teams, working with data while gaining direct exposure to clients and commercial activities.
- Support the Partnership Management and Business Development teams in their daily activities
- Monitor partner performance and prepare reports and analyses
Identify opportunities to optimize partner campaigns and improve results
- Work extensively with Excel, data sets and performance metrics
Build and maintain relationships with partners and support partner communications
- Generate insights to support business and commercial decisions
Contribute to commercial initiatives and cross-functional projects
What defines you
- Strong interest in partnerships, digital business and commercial activities
- Motivation to work in a fast‑paced and partner‑facing environment
Analytical mindset and confidence working with data
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Structured and detail‑oriented approach
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
Interest in e‑commerce, affiliate marketing or digital marketing is a plus
- Scientific or quantitative background is a plus
Fluent Italian (C2) and good English (B2–C1)
- Based in Milan or nearby, with availability to join the office once a week.
