Human Resources Coordinator
The HR Coordinator is a hands-on role providing day-to-day operational HR support at property level. The position plays a key role in ensuring smooth execution of core HR activities, supporting both management and employees, and acting as a reliable point of reference for people-related matters. Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines. Inform Human Resources management of issues related to employee relations within the property. Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information.
