ABOUT NECO Neco is an international company specializing in retail construction and project management , supporting leading fashion, luxury, beauty and lifestyle brands in the development and delivery of their stores across Europe.
We manage projects from the early stages through construction and final handover, working closely with clients, architects, contractors and suppliers.
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager – Retail Construction to join our growing team and contribute to the delivery of international retail projects.
THE ROLE As a Junior Project Manager, you will support the management and coordination of retail construction and fit-out projects alongside Senior Project Managers and the wider project team.
This is a hands-on role involving project coordination, site activities, communication with contractors and suppliers, and interaction with clients and other stakeholders.
The role is designed to progressively give you greater responsibility and autonomy in the management of international retail projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the planning and coordination of retail construction and fit-out projects.
- Assist Senior Project Managers in managing projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, consultants and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor project schedules, progress and deadlines.
- Support site activities and attend regular site visits.
- Monitor the quality and progress of construction works.
- Assist with project documentation, reports and meeting minutes.
- Follow up on project costs, variations and procurement activities.
- Identify issues and support the development of practical solutions.
- Participate in meetings with clients, architects, contractors and suppliers.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among all project stakeholders.
- Travel across Europe according to project requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2–5 years of professional experience in project management, construction, fit-out or a related field.
- Previous experience in retail construction / fit-out is strongly preferred.
- Good understanding of construction processes and project coordination.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with project management tools.
- Availability to travel regularly across Europe.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, practical and problem-solving attitude.

SALARY RANGE In line with applicable pay transparency requirements, the gross annual salary range (RAL) for this position is:
€35,000 – €55,000 gross per year The final compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications and level of responsibility .
